We have been trying to get ERIC repealed (SB710).    We need everyone to call house representatives that are members of the House Rules  & House Elections & Ethics Committees,  and senators in the Judiciary Committee and let them know you want   ERIC repealed!    If you are in the 38th District and a constituent of Senator Brent Howard, please call him and let him know you want ERIC repealed. He is the chairman of the Judiciary Committee and has the ability to ensure bills to repeal ERIC can be voted on by the Senate.
